Our Guarantee: We unconditionally guarantee our products against manufacturer’s mechanical defects.
Order Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately. If we have not started processing your order there will be no cancellation charges. If we have started processing your order you will be charged only for the portion of your order that has been started. (We want you to be a happy customer!)
Return Policy: We will offer a total refund on any item that you do not feel is customized correctly with the following exception: If you don't like your product because of the style, font, design of your choosing or typographical errors on your part or on the part of the person ordering on your behalf we will not be able to give a refund.
We will replace items due to typographical errors on our part or if we did not deliver the style, font or design indicated by you or your agent. Please be sure to check and recheck your proofs to ensure everything is spelled correctly, phone numbers and URL's are correct and that you have all the right Upper and lower case settings the way you want them.
If you need to return an item please call or send us and e-mail to discuss the situation. Do not return items without talking with us first! You are responsible for return shipment of the product. Please ship using a carrier that provides tracking numbers and proof of delivery (UPS, FedEx, DHL). Raleigh Trophy cannot be responsible for items lost by the carrier. Items must be returned in original packaging and in original condition.
Receipt: Your order will be delivered with a receipt listing all products and charges including any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
Shipping: We offer several different shipping methods and costs. We will discuss the options with your prior to order placement. You are responsible for shipping costs and will be quoted the exact cost by Raleigh Trophy prior to placing the order
Products and Logos: Products and Logos shown in this website appear only to illustrate the basic products and our ability to include messages and art on them and are not intended to suggest that the imprints were designed by our company.
Rights and Permissions: Reproducing Artwork - The customer (that is you) warrants that by placement of an order with us they have the right to reproduction of a design or logo and that in the event of a claim to the contrary, they will hold Raleigh Trophy and/or it's affiliated companies harmless from prosecution.
